01 Digital Agile Business Analyst

Looking for a Digital Business Analyst to help build a new platform of systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Process mapping, user story creation
  • Writing functional requirements and specifications
  • Work closely with QA/Testing team
  • Facilitate design workshops
  • Business case generation for proposed business changes
Skills
  • Demonstrable experience as a Digital Business Analyst
  • Previous experience dealing with IT systems, including web-based systems
  • Ability to write good business cases
  • A basic understanding of Agile
  • Demonstrable evidence of working with wireframes, storyboards etc
  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role

02 Javascript Developer

JavaScript Developer with knowledge of single page web app development using JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Ember, Knockout or React sought by a leading technology provider for integrated business communications solutions.

The JavaScript Developer will join their existing team working in an Agile development environment and writing well-structured, unit-tested, high quality and well-documented code. There will be close collaboration with the Product Development Managers and as always - the customer journey through their products is a key focus!

The successful JavaScript Developer should have the following:

  • Knowledge of JavaScript application development
  • Experience with one or more - Angular, Knockout, Ember, React, Backbone, Vue etc.
  • Experience with Source Control - Git - including branching strategy
  • Unit Testing - Jasmine, Mocha or similar
  • RESTful API consumption
  • Knowledge of Node / NPM would be desirable

03 Business Manager

Seeking a Service Provider Business Manager to drive forward propositions to include networking, Security and combine them with other services to provide further value add propositions for their Service Provider partners. The successful individual will have either worked for a Vendor within their Service Provider Sales and Marketing team or for a Service Provider and will therefore know the market and be able to lead the Business area. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sell through service propositions with which to target Service Providers.
  • Lead the Product Management function.
  • Pull together the individual technologies to develop strong service propositions.
  • Provide guidance on how best to position the solutions with the Service Providers.

Experience:

  • Previously worked for a Vendor on their Service Provider team or directly for a Service Provider.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product and Marketing Managementwith strong credibility within the IT Service space.
  • General knowledge of networking and communications technology
  • Strong general knowledge of Service offerings with SDWAN experience highly desirable.
  • Senior engagement experience with Service Providers.
  • Strong understanding of how to build compelling Go To Market strategies that differentiate the company from the competition
